Never drink water while standing,always drink as you be seated and pour slowly in mouth. 3. Try to drink through a “Ghati”try to avoid bottle or glass (surface tension of the water of using “Ghati” helps you. 4. Try to drink lukewarm water as inner temperature of our body remains between 37 to 42 degree C. 5. Always add half tea spoon of soda in 1 LTR of water(Natural Alkaline Water) 6. Boil the morning water & drink up to sunset again boil evening water and drink up to sunrise.
